Regardless of whether or not the scientific reasons are accurate (there's a reason we call it Science *Fiction*), your artwork was VERY good, and I didn't see many problems with your spelling/grammar. The idea may not be 100% original, but I'd still like to see more of your work!!

Not too bad, though the animation was mostly Tweening.
Your cartooing isn't too bad either. If you practice, I'm sure you'll improve! I'd like to see an elaboration on this cartoon some time in the near future, eh? You have a lot of potential!

[Matrix -- Real Life]

For what it was, the cartoon was good. Not everything on NG has to be some long, drawn out cartoon where the artist is simply creating filler to ad seconds onto the length.
Really, you did all that was needed to get your point across. It's the 'toons with eons of boring blank spots that get on MY nerves.

Good job, but perhaps improve the voice-over quality and do something about that gun at the end.. it looked like some kinda square-ish baseball bat for a second there. =P

Yeah, I wasn't really aiming for anything exceptionally long, it was just a way of filling up an otherwise boring day. =P

I know about the voiceacting, I've had that problem for a while.. I've flung subs into every Flash I've made to try and recover whatever I can in that respect but it's never really been enough. As for the shotgun.. I got tired toward the end so quality suffered as a consequence. =P

[Mario's Silent Movie]

Clever!

This is the first animation of this sort that I've seen here on NG, and it was very good -- but may I offer some advice?

You chose some pretty good music, but let's examine that for a second... Back in the 20s, silent films were accompanied by music that matched what was happening to the characters (Nowdays, that's called 'Mickey Mousing' -- Google the term for more info). Dangerous parts had thrilling music, romantic scenes had sweet melodies, etc.
I think if you'd animated your cartoon to match that fact, it would have been much, much better!

A good example of 'Mickey Mousing' would be the NG animation called 'Shoo Fly.'

And -- If you ever make another one of these and match your music to your 'toon, I wouldn't be suprised if it got a score of 4.5 or better! =)

This is very, very good!
I don't see work like this very often; people seem to prefer animating big war scenes to heavy metal, or running Mario into the ground.
It's a unique idea with great animation skills and a GREAT piece of music!

Haha..! I expected there to be some sort of "To be continued" ending, but that was great. Totally struck me as funny... It's like something people come up with when they're throwing random ideas around with friends..

Aside from the awesome animations, the whole idea of it was just hysterical to me. I don't even know why... maybe it was 'cause I happened to watch this sometime after 3am... o.O

I showed this thing to all of my friends.. it's great! Nice to know there're people on here with a decent sense of humor. =P

You know, I absolutely love the way it's done in black and white. It lets you focus on the point of the flash itself, and sets the mood of the whole story, instead of trying to blast a viewer with 'look at my pretty coloring skills!'
